Come to our Community Conversation about Water, Data Centers, & Democracy
Michigan has 59 data centers spread across various markets, including Detroit, Grand Rapids, and Lansing. Plans for new facilities and promises of the job creation they will bring are growing rapidly due to the demand for artificial intelligence, but they also raise concerns about environmental impacts, and energy and water consumption.
Let's talk about it! Join a panel of experts on Wednesday, January 21, from 5:30-7:30 PM at WSCC-Manistee Campus for a conversation about Data Centers and what they might mean for our community and region.
This event is free and open to the public. Bring your friends and neighbors!
